Spiced cauliflower & coconut soup, served with Daily Loaf

Roasted fennel & garlic salad with capers, olives & mozzarella

Beetroot and roast walnut hummus bruschetta (on Toasted Torth Gymreig)

Pulled BBQ chicken, slaw & pickles

Hafod cheddar and home-made apple chutney

 

Breakfast (9:30 - 12pm)

Cwm-Cou Organics' Eggs, scrambled on Toasted Daily Loaf 

Add Smoked-salmon or HedgeRose Free-range Bacon

Homemade Baked Beans on Toasted Daily Loaf
